Recipients & international transfers
We share personal data only with vetted processors strictly necessary to operate the service: cloud hosting (EU region), email delivery, analytics, and payment processing. Where a processor is located outside the EEA, transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards where required.
We never sell personal data. We do not engage in automated decision-making with legal effects on data subjects.
Security & breach notification
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, audit logs, secure development). In the unlikely event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to rights and freedoms, we notify the Belgian DPA within 72 hours and affected individuals without undue delay, in accordance with Articles 33–34 GDPR.
