ACPR Review of Complaint Handling in Banking and Insurance Sectors
The ACPR has published a review of complaint handling practices in the banking and insurance sectors, following its 2022 Recommendation. A 2024 survey of 13 credit institutions and 17 insurance entities was conducted, with additional work in 2025. The findings highlight areas for improvement and reinforce regulatory expectations.

ACPR Seminar: Quantitative Easing and Financial Market Structure
