The data covers prospectuses and base prospectuses, with notable peaks in May 2026 (67 notifications) and June 2025 (34). The publication provides transparency on cross-border regulatory cooperation under the Prospectus Regulation.

EU Council Implementing Regulation 2026/1779: New Sanctions Against Ukraine Territorial Integrity Violations

CSSF Warns of Fraudulent Use of Clearstream Banking S.A. Name
The Luxembourg financial regulator CSSF has issued a warning about fraudulent activities by individuals misusing the name of Clearstream Banking S.A. The fraudsters use the email address compliance@clearstream-global.pro and a phone number to impersonate the legitimate entity. The CSSF clarifies that Clearstream Banking S.A. is not associated with these activities.

On 7 July 2026, ESMA published a supervisory briefing on triangular passporting under MiFID II, clarifying the common supervisory understanding of firms using a branch or tied agent in one host Member State to provide services in another host Member State. The briefing covers firms' responsibilities, supervisory competences, client information, and access to dispute resolution and compensation schemes.
